Happy 'Maha Shivaraatri' - Karpur Gauram', 'Shankar Shiv Bhole', and Some Other Songs on Mahadev...

Dear Friends, 

Tomorrow is Shivaraatri. A pious day for all the devotees!!

These days I am enjoying the show 'Devon ki Dev Mahadev' in Life OK. The element of Spirituality is very tangible in the serial! It is Blissful indeed!

Here I am sharing some songs from different tv serials

* Now a nice scene from Ramanand Sagar's 'Ramayan' , where we can see Shri Ram offering prayer to His aaradhya- Mahadev (i.e.- the 'Rameshwaram sthaapna' scene)
Here we have two different interpretations of the word- 'Rameshawar' (By Shri Ram and Mahadev, respectively)- 

~ "Ram: ishwaro yasya sa Rameshwar:"

~  "Ramasya Ishwar: yah, sa Rameshwar:"

* And lastly,  here is the Title sequence of the serial- 'Om Namah Shivay'! The dance of Mahadev (performed by Samar Jai Singh)  is so powerful here!!! The music kept echoing in my ears in the childhood, when the serial used to come on Doordarshan. And the dance vividly remained in my memory since then!!
